One

So I decided the other day it would be nice to account for my new adventure (the start up of my store) with a blog. It still remains to be seen if the will happen- we are putting an offer in on a storefront property hopefully this week. Of course my biggest fear is that someone will come in and put an offer in first, or a better one. I am trying to not get my hopes up, just in case, but I do have things planned out in my head. Down to the grand opening cocktail party. While if we do not get this property, it does not mean I am giving up on my dream, but I will be back square one. Actually I think I will be at negative square one. I think I am at square one right now.
